Bachelor Degree in Management with specialisation in Sales & marketing.
Minimum 2 years of proven experience in Sales & Marketing. Preference will be given to those having experience on Renewal / Solar Energy, Home Appliances, Electrical Appliances, Water Pump & Agro Products.
Must have detail knowledge about the markets of the area opted/ chosen.
Excellent communication and public relations skills
Proven ability to create, develop and implement marketing strategies and tactics.
Research and learn new trends in the market for new product development as well as development of current business that lift up the Organization as a whole.
Social networking management skills.
Ability to plan and manage sales and marketing budget.
Strong understanding of market dynamics.
Must have two-wheeler and valid driving license.
Job description:
Conduct planned market visits to understand the market and keep in touch with Dealers / Distributors and address their requirement.
Prepare plans to expand the distributorship/dealership network in the area belongs to them.
Manage to obtain proper reporting on daily, weekly and monthly basis from team members & properly guide team members.
Manage and lead the development and rollout of all marketing strategies and their implementation pertaining to their area.
