- Computer knowledge of MS window like Excel, Word, Power Point.

- Proven ability to create, develop and implement marketing strategies and tactics.
- Must have two-wheeler with license.

- Able to handle communication over phone with people from varied backgrounds.
- Make outgoing calls and maintain call logs
- Gathering, maintaining reporting feed backs on appointments.
- Allocation of appointments.
- Handling issues and inquires whenever required by a telemarketing executive in the department.
- Reporting in the prescribed format the daily tele-calls made, appointments taken the sales obtained.
- Qualifying new business leads as a result of cold calling.
- Generate quality appointments for the sales team that result in sales.
- Maintain database in order to maintain call and appointment records.
