Job Description:
- Make outbound calls to prospective customers to introduce and promote products or services.
- Handle inbound calls from potential customers, providing information and answering questions about products or services.
- Identify potential customers and generate sales leads through cold calling, networking, and research.
- Qualify leads and follow up on sales opportunities.
- Maintain a detailed and accurate database of call logs, customer information, and sales activities.
- Stay informed about the company’s products, services, and promotions.
- Prepare and submit regular reports on sales activities, progress, and results to the sales manager or team leader.
- Participate in team meetings and training sessions to enhance skills and product knowledge.
