Job Requirement:
- Minimum Bachelor’s Degree in any field.
- Proficiency in MS Office applications such as Excel, Word, and PowerPoint.
- At least 1 year of relevant work experience.
- Possession of a valid driving license and access to a two-wheeler.
Job Description:
- Provide support to the sales team in various aspects of the sales process, including prospecting, lead generation, and customer relationship management.
- Interact with customers to understand their needs, answer inquiries, provide product information, and address concerns.
- Assist in administrative tasks related to sales operations.
- Coordinate sales activities and initiatives, including scheduling appointments, organizing sales meetings, and facilitating communication between sales representatives and clients.
- Assist in implementing sales strategies and tactics devised by senior sales management.
- Conduct research on market trends, competitor activities, and customer preferences.
- Participate in training sessions and workshops to enhance sales skills, product knowledge, and understanding of sales techniques.
- Ensure compliance with legal, regulatory requirements, ethical standards, and company policies in all sales activities and interactions with customers.
