Job Requirement:
- Minimum Bachelor’s Degree in Management.
- Minimum 2 experience in related field
- Must have knowledge of computer software.
- Two wheeler with driving license will be an added advantage.
Job Description:
- Assist in the recruitment process, including posting job vacancies, screening resumes, conducting interviews, and coordinating hiring processes.
- Facilitate the onboarding process for new employees, including orientation, training, and introduction to company policies and procedures.
- Serve as a point of contact for employees regarding HR-related queries and issues.
- Address employee concerns and grievances promptly and effectively, maintaining a positive work environment.
- Identify training needs and assist in organizing training programs and workshops.
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date employee records and HR databases.
- Prepare and manage HR documents, such as employment contracts, employee handbooks, and policies.
- Handle administrative tasks, including attendance tracking, leave management, and payroll processing support.
- Ensure compliance with labor laws and company policies.
