Account Officer

Job requirement:

• Semi Qualified CA, BBA/BBS, Bachelors in Management Stream.

• Computer knowledge of MS applications like Excel, Word, Power Point and other relevant software.

• Advanced MS Excel knowledge like V-Lookup, H-Lookup and Pivot Table will be added advantage.

• Knowledge of Accounting Software like Tally / Busy/Fact etc.

• Knowledge of TDS & VAT and submitting monthly returns.

• Experience of working as Article Trainee in the audit firm will be given priority.

• Previous work experience will be an added advantage.

• Preference will given for experience in audit firm or related field.

Job description:

The Accounts officer will be responsible for the following:

• Book keeping

• Accounts Receivables

• Accounts Payables

• Reconciliation of sales, purchases,

• Preparation of Bank Reconciliation statement

• TDS deductions

• Handling Income tax, VAT and other taxation related maters

• Handling taxation related returns

• Finalization of books of accounts
