Job Description:
- Provide leadership, direction, and guidance to the sales team.
- Set clear goals and performance expectations, motivating team members to achieve sales targets.
- Develop and implement sales strategies and tactics to drive business growth and revenue maximization.
- Collaborate with senior management on sales plans and budgets.
- Recruit, train, and onboard new sales team members as needed.
- Monitor and evaluate individual and team performance against KPIs and sales metrics.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with key clients and accounts.
- Streamline and optimize sales processes to enhance efficiency.
