International trade executive

Job Requirement:

• Bachelors degree in international trade, business, management, accounting, finance or any other relevant field.

• Experience of 3-4 years preferred, but not required. The key aspect of this job is negotiation and presence of mind.

• Good fluency in professional English, mostly written. Proper negotiation skills required.

• Multi tasking ability. Respond to and keep in touch with multiple suppliers at a time.

Job Description:

• Get in touch with suppliers overseas and negotiate the best deal terms.

• Co-ordinate with forwarders and negotiate prices and payment terms.

• Track all shipments in transit and maintain proper records in the ERP.

• Coordinate with finance department for processing import orders.

• Be the focal person for all transactions with suppliers and vendors.

• Bridge the gap between management, finance department and suppliers regarding all current and future orders.

• Form sourcing strategies and plan in cooperation with the sales and marketing team.
