Job Requirements:
  • Bachelor’s Degree in Management with specialisation in Sales & marketing or other relevant field.
  • Computer knowledge of MS window like Excel, Word, Power Point.
  • Knowledge of business like renewable energy (Solar thermal / PV technology), Home Appliances, Water Pump & electrical / lighting Products. Preference will be given for product specialization.
  • Excellent communication and public relations skills
  • Proven ability to create, develop and implement marketing strategies and tactics.
  • Research and learn new trends in the market for new product development as well as development of current business that lift up the Organization as a whole.
  • Social networking & tele/digital marketing management skills.
  • Ability to plan and manage sales and marketing budget.
  • Strong understanding of market dynamics.
Job description:
  • Incumbent will be individually responsible for driving sales and payment collection.
  • Responsible for driving revenue and profitability goals of a region across all customer segments
  • Identify, develop & manage different channels of business (distributors, dealer & direct sales) in the area.
  • Responsible for developing, monitoring sales activities and implementing corrective actions to achieve targets.
  • To work closely with the Accounts, Sales & Marketing team(Digital/Tele) & explore business opportunities to build customer pool.
  • Identify market development opportunities and increase unit growth, profitability and category share for assigned customers.
  • Build and maintain relationships with internal and external stakeholders.
  • Coordinate with purchase authorities and distributor/dealer for ensuring supply and liquidation of products.
